Respect your efforts, respect yourself. Self-respect leads to self-discipline. When you have both firmly under your belt, that’s real power.
Sometimes if you want to see a change for the better, you have to take things into your own hands.
Never be over-dependent on other people, especially on things that requires your full attention. This is also true if you want changes that directly affect your life, a lot of individuals are blaming other people and circumstances of their misfortunes. In reality, they just let other people do their work, and their laziness and poor decisions has brought those negative results in their lives. I find it useful to adopt following principle in my life: “I am responsible for everything in my life”. This makes everything easier, puts me in the control of situations. If I was late that is my fault not the traffic, because I could wake up 30 minutes earlier and be on time; if I don’t have financial success that I want that is because of my decisions. When I started take personal responsibility for everything that happened and happens in my life it became clear that if I want change I have to take things into my own hands and it brought all the action.
