A wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a fool can learn from a wise answer.
Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.
As humans we’re very good at spotting congruency and incongruence in personality. When you interact with someone whose thoughts, words and actions are congruent and aligned you can easily feel that, the same goes when those 3 are incongruent, you can feel that something is wrong… So if you want to be influential, persuasive and move people to take action – invest time and effort into congruency of your personality and character. Make sure what you think, say and do is aligned with each other. I think it is totally OK to adapt certain pieces of personalities from successful people, as long as it fits naturally into your own character.
